Constitution: Article VI[edit]

Amendments[edit]

This constitution may be amended by three-fourths vote at any called meeting of the corporation, provided that two weeks’ previous notice has been sent to each member of the Board of Directors, stating the desired change. Articles II, III, and VI of this constitution may be changed with 100% approval and confirmed by the Board of Directors in two consecutive years.
